Under the direction of President Ernst Beyeler, the Board of Trustees of the Beyeler Foundation elected Samuel Keller, Head of Art Basel, as the future Head of the Beyeler Foundation. In the first year after its 10th anniversary, the LISTE 06 – The Young Art Fair in Basel is in-troducing yet another new dimension. With a spectacular annex, the LISTE is creating ten new spaces for its exhibitors and in doing so is providing several of its galleries the chance to present longer at the LISTE than was possible before. LIGHT FELD - will take place for the sixth time in Basel again at the beginning of June. After four years in Gundeldingerfeld quarter and last year's exhibition in Jacob Burckhardt Haus, a six-building re-development project by the architect Hans Zwimpfer newly completed near the Swiss train station, Fredy Hadorn and a group of other artists will relocate again to three adjacent, unoccupied buildings at Henric Petri Street 9-11, directly across from Elisabethenkirche.
